Residences - House Details
The residences of LEFKES VILLAGE community have either one or two floors and cover an area of 60-110 sqm each. Each home has a living area with an open kitchen of about 40sqm, a bathroom with shower, and one or two bedrooms.
The verandas are made of stone, the exterior walls are 50cm thick and they offer heat insulation while the openings of the balcony window doors and the decorative wooden shutters, not only create a natural ventilation, but also unique “picture” frames for the ideal viewing of nature’s landscapes. A fireplace with old, compact firebricks and a built chimney in the kitchen come as a supplement to the living room area.
