Gastronomy is one of the first priorities of Lefkes Village in Paros. In its gardens, hundreds of trees and plants are cultivated , generously giving their tasty fruits. The fruit trees offer the raw material for the jams, the kapers (kapari) and the kaper leaves make the salads all the more delicious, while, depending on the season, one can find fresh vegetables from the garden or from local producers who also supply us with all kinds of local meat and cheese.

Gastronomic nights are often organized. Here guests can taste local appetizers combined with regional wines. During September, the customary grape pressing takes place at our small winery and the first grape products are tasted.
