Gastronomy is one of the first priorities of Lefkes Village hotel in Paros . In its gardens, hundreds of trees and plants are cultivated , generously giving their tasty fruits. The fruit trees offer the raw material for the jams, the kapers (kapari) and the kaper leaves make the salads more delicious, while, depending on the season, one can find fresh vegetables from the garden or from local producers who also supply us with all kinds of local meat and cheese (xinomitzithra etc).
In the Lefkes Village hotel tavern in Paros (open July and August )one will find homemade delicacies and will enjoy authentic flavors of the Aegean and Paros . The excellent Paros cuisine, the warm hospitality but also the magical environment attract both guests and visiting sightseers with its succulent flavors
Gastronomic nights are often organized. Here guests can taste local appetizers combined with regional wines. During September, the customary grape pressing takes place at our small winery and the first grape products are tasted.
